Founded by Abdulla Zubair Mandai in 2005, amplastics has spent two decades refining the same five-step process you see below — designed to make products that hold up, week after week, year after year.
We start with virgin polypropylene granules — sourced from trusted Indian petrochemical suppliers. Every batch is checked for grade, purity, and colour consistency before it enters our production line.
The granules are heated, melted, and injected at high pressure into precision-machined moulds. This forms the chair body in a single piece — strong, seamless, and uniformly thick. Each cycle takes seconds; the result lasts decades.
Once cooled, chairs are de-flashed, trimmed, and checked for any cosmetic flaws. For multi-component models, legs and seats are assembled by skilled hands. This is where craftsmanship still matters — and where many of our team have decades of experience.
Every chair undergoes a multi-point inspection. We test load capacity, surface finish, joint strength, and stack stability. Anything that doesn't meet our internal standards goes straight back — never out the door.
Approved chairs are stacked, packed, and dispatched from our facility. Whether it's 50 chairs to a local school or 5,000 to a national chain, we handle logistics with the same care we put into making them.
